Make the map bigger.
Turn off jump boost in spawn until primal fang is up or some similar time.
Currently Very low skill ceiling, not very rewarding gameplay. Lastly stop nerfing the adc role, it’s a good baseline of how strong a role should be. Buff the other classes/roles. They currently can’t reliably do the things they are designed to do.

Based on what are you saying that other roles can’t do what they need to?
Based on what are you saying that the skill ceiling is too low? How does turning off the jump pads make the game incrementally skillful enough to warrant its removal?
adc's should not be the baseline of balance
making everything balanced around insanely high damage is inherently a bad idea
makes either for a very short ttk or to tanks being super strong or even both
How would you achieve this? Everything is a terrible ideal, besides increasing map size.
Because it increases the time to return to lane making it more punishing to base. Thus making you choose to risk life for that minion gold you will miss
And the same for rotations if the map is bigger, you have to think better your moves and evaluate if it is worth to move to other lane and when its the best moment to do it
The first two points other people already explained so I wont reiterate, but skill expression is split between micro (hitting/dodging abilities) and macro (what should you be doing and why) the macro in this game is practically non existent
5 extra seconds? There are bigger issues related to skill differentiation than the jump pads. Low hanging fruit with no impact
5 seconds is a long time. And is contributing to the lack of macro skill expression in the game. Why learn how to lane properly if your opponent can’t punish you for taking a bad reset. Why learn wave management if you can gank mid lane and be back in your lane before you lose any substantial advantage. Why learn how to split push if its not a viable win-con
Idk what you've been doing for split pushing to never accomplish anything
win-con and doing something while splitting are two seperate things my guy
like stealing enemy blue buff while split pushing or getting inhib is doing things, still not a wincon
split pushing is more viable in hots than this game. its really sad to see
I don’t know… I split push all the time. It’s still a valid choice to make but the map is a bit small so you’re right about that aspect not being viable enough of the time
I agree with some of what you said but I cannot upvote because you said stop nerfing adcs and bring up the other roles. ....... bruh do you play the game? Adc is strong and the bruisers jump on a squishy and nuke them like what are we talking about
If adcs were both strong, and easily blown up. Then the adc role would be balanced. But it’s not, it’s stronger than all the other roles by far
Any role can be countered and carries can die pretty fast. Carries come online later in the match and they are easily punished. Being a carry doesn't equally automatic win. That's why I love it when I am playing offlane and someone picks carry, because I know they are going to feed me plenty of kills lol.

I didn’t really want to go into a yap session but I will attempt to reiterate the point I’m getting at. I’m talking about what an individual can achieve within their game. And it’s a spectrum, on the far right you have something like deadlock crazy maneuvers crazy abilities any one player can make a massive difference. And on the far other side is predecessor. And I think it’s too far on the one side. Imo all classes should be power crept a little bit. Because whenever the game has a character that can shine, like Gideon hitting a massive multi person ult and wins the game it gets nerfed. It currently doesn’t feel like all roles are capable of carrying, as well as there’s a lot of other abilities in the game feel restrictive, and a little unfun. That’s just my two cents tho
i think due to the nature of preds gameplay they cant give all roles similar carry potential one reason deadlock can pull it off is that everyone's base kit is ranged similar to overwatch so everyone at least has a chance to outplay by having better aim
also deadlock is very unbalanced im sure they will tone down the kits
Brother they're anti skill expression in their game. Idk if the goal of this game to be the special olympics of a moba or what, but they love their auto locks and easy game play rn.
like sevens ult in pred would be like gideons ult but with a range big enough to cover core and inhibitors

Obviously majority of gamers would like skill expression in any game they play, hence why deadlock is doing so well. But pred has been catering to the minority since day 1.
yea but im hoping they feature creep the game i dont mind that the game ceiling isnt that high to start but it cant stay that way

2025 is kinda the cut off for me theres no way we can be playing the same game without some significant changes by then
