I was having a similar issue, and only received her after checking the box under the email field that says:

I agree to be contacted to receive news, special offers, playtest invitations and more from Omeda Studios.
By submitting this form I agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

I don't think that's intended to be a requirement, but may be a bug or something.
