Try this build out on Narbash, Remember Narbash is a scaling champ, wait til around level 10-12 and when you get that 3rd Item.

I find it really hard to not get hexgaunt first on Narbash. That damn heal just guzzles his mana without it.

Thank you, yeah I mean I don’t really feel the need to be conservative with mana at about level 8-9 with this build depending on how laning phase goes, you have to play really patient until laning phase is over.
