Does Aimlabs help improve aim on ADC?
You don’t need to have exact matching sensitivity. You won’t be doing that much flicking as an ADC, so the muscle memory isn’t necessary.
Pick a sensitivity that’s close, and practice tracking a flying ball or something.
At least 4 of the adcs that are widely considered top 10 adcs in the game flick aim (and two of them are considered to hold that spot strictly because of aiming mechanics, as in people meme on their macro / game knowledge yet still consider them that good only bc of their aim)
I’m only stating this based off of watch them play from their discord stream. I haven’t even watched the other 6 that I’m thinking of
So they could also flick
I’m not saying flicking is absolutely a must. But to say you won’t be doing much flicking isn’t true, depending on someone’s preferred style
That’s all
wym 4 out of 10 require flicking? Like how does that even make sense
I didn’t say the word require.
And Referring to the list of players most people would argue are the best in the role.
oh i understand what your saying. I miss read that.
Yeah, and after doing tons of research lately (as I recently got my first ultra light mouse) flick aiming seems to be widely viewed as superior among pros , so I’d definitely encourage ppl to train in it
But idc who they are, tracking is going to be more important. Sure you need some general flicking to get on target, but OP is trying to improve, and 9/10 times the besting thing to improve is tracking.
This isnt a tac shooter like CS or val
Nah, these people are flicking on every auto, even on consecutive shots at the same target
It’s interesting and it must work, some of these guys almost never miss
This is called tracking but each to their own.
This is a non-argument
OP's question was " anyone know how I can accurately transfer my sensitivity from Pred to Aimlabs?"
And ik im right, exact sens aim-training doesnt matter for the context of predecessor.
He just needs to get close/simular sensitivity
Tracking is when you keep your reticle on the target
Flicking is when you move your mouse on the target the moment you fire o.o
Just saying
I come from tac shooters, ik the difference.
Flicking to stay on a target is still tracking imo
Just a different style
There’s also formulas to convert sens out there
But the problem is not knowing info on preds in game sense, id assume
Bc pred in game sense is weird
I’ve never had a game be so sensitive
The only time tracking in this game is better than flicking is airborne targets
But yea flick aiming OP
Maybe on twinblast as well, and if we ever get an adc with rapid autos, ofc
Yeah, I do flick for each of my autos but it's more like micro flicks. I dont flick as agressively as someone like Cure 😂
when i first strated playing i watched a lot of neft he flick aims a lot im pretty sure so that's where i got that habit from
i like to think it does help
Speaking of cure I did speak with him about this
And he said aimlabs spider shot
uhh lemme log in and check but i think i found one specifically for predecessor in aimlabs
@tawdry crag Yeah it's called "Predecessor Warmup" by someone named Testing Something
basically you track this red circle moving from left to right erratically just like someone in Pred would be moving to dodge your autos and you can also walk around with WASD
ill have to check out spider shot tho
oh yeah i tried spider shot before but forgot to favorite it ty
i do like this one

flick aiming is also better on controller imo
Yup that's literally what i do to this day. Ever since I started flicking and timing my clicks with my autos instead of spam left clicking my aim has gotten WAY better
Flicking and tracking is honestly personal preference imo. I adopted that style of aim cuz of Rama ult in smite. I found that, for me atleast, I would choke my shots less if I flicked rather than trying to track.
Forces you to just trust your hand to move where your eyes tell you to, instead of trying to make predictions of where someone moves.
yeah i used to do tracking when i first started playing this game but then when i switched over to flicking my aim just improved massively tbh
thanks for the response and gratz on the PCC dub
i would call you the GOAT but you dont stream enough 😡
My bad g, been on a long ass hiatus. Just now catching up to everything lol
