I will keep up with the tradition of making builds for each character before they come out. This one is just a bit delayed since there have been SO many changes to items and heros. Been a little sidetracked with different champions.

Timewarp, Noxia and Megacosm to keep abilities chunking and going.
Golem, Worldbreaker, Lifebinder to stay in fights longer to make more use of her CC.

Timewarp helps a little with mana regen but you'll still probably need to rely on river and backing for most of the match.
