Maybe I played too much carry and support recently, but I cannot play offlane anymore. I need some recommendations on how to fight in offlane when ahead, behind, how to counter lane freezing and rotations. I don’t know why I got awful at Offlane all of a sudden, and I’m hoping just relearning the role can help me figure it out.

I'm a little confused here, Offlane is just Duo with the expectation that everyone will ignore you on your team and the enemy team will constantly send assistance over in the form of ganks. It is a masochist's dream. What specifically are you confused about?
First wave kill the ranged minions and then go HAM in a brawl with them to bully them down unless it is a grux
Prio Cyan buff unless you have a fat wave to deal with. Rotate and invade enemy jungle to ruin their farm
What hero?
Just fundamentals for now
But my main ones have been Crunch and Kwang
The most trouble I have is against Grux cause if I don’t fight him early he’s just going to freeze the lane against me
Struggling to put my advice into words but yeah, Crunch isn't a great matchup against Grux. I usually stay back even if it means letting him freely clear a wave then you quickly clearing their minions when they come over. I don't rotate often until mid/lategame, I just keep an iron grip on offlane so the hero there either never gets a chance to leave or regrets it if they do leave
Denying cyan buff is pretty important, not necessarily going in and trying to steal it, but even just walking over and staring at them like
when they walk over so they leave- it's better that neither of you get cyan buff than they get it and you don't
Dude sev is the worst to be in the offlane…
Sev offlane is very viable, as is kallari. You just need a different mindset
You won't clear minions quicker than a grux, but who the fk cares. You'll get under tower and farm those stacks
Iggy offlane is very difficult to play against, dw about it
Same as all ranged offlane match ups. You just gotta learn how to play the match up from experience
Did you get cuirass for magic resist early?
I don’t play other heroes much anymore, but with Sev at least I’ve found he’s less about aggression and overwhelming the enemy and more about having control over solo lane- if they push, you can clear minions quick
A small thing I always do, if it’s safe to get near the minions, is attack the small gunners until they’re all low health then kill them with a siphon. If you’re good on mana you can start by using a root on all the minions too
Also, always get fireblossom first, or at least brimstone. I know it feels like there might be better options but trust me, that’ll be your best bet for sev
