before tank meta i played murdock on phys power and ability haste. that doesnt work anymore since tanks have just way too much life now or am i missing something?

Have you tried Mindrazor? A stacking item, you can build the Tier 2 to gain stacks and sit on that building other items until late at or near full stacks then build the T3 Mindrazor. I found it best on Carries especially those with high scaling on abilities, Murdoch #1 Sparrow #2. Kira only benefits from obscene Ult damage and Revenant + Drongo can live without it.

I built it to focus on increasing the dmg his Ult would do. Having crit was just a nice addition.
