So it seems that in my testing, the fastest kill time in practice mode is the same as my sparrow build.

Its just too good.

It seems like they removed crit chance from some items in the item patch, but it still kills faster than other builds i have found on forums.

Test the build in practice or in bot match. The one i made seems to kill heroes [regardless of their armor or squishiness] faster
