#Shinbi Offlane (and maybe JG)

Stealing other bits and pieces from other shinbi builds I've seen. Plus itemizing to take maximum advantage of her passive while staying in magic power.

We will be building tons of ability haste to try and keep E CD as low as possible and then use prophecy to turn that into attack speed and add additional mgc dmg on hit.

Crest - Tempest

  1. Timewarp - crazy for CDR that also helps build a bit of armor which is sorely lacking
  2. Lifebinder - Everything we need - Scaling haste, +magic lifesteal +HP
  3. Prophecy - the Blammo item. When you build this you'll feel it and start attacking crazy fast and now your autos will do damage too
    3.5 (jungle only) Polar Treads - just get this item here as jungle to help with mana and speed up rotations. Not needed for offlane. You will sell these to get your last item.
  4. World Breaker - No haste here but a very value add for HP and tenacity. Fast ticking abilities will max the buff easily too
  5. Flex - Tainted Scepter/Elafrost/Oathkeeper/Oblivion Crown- I havent made it this far with the build yet. Likely will be enemy team dependent (i.e. Antiheal if you need it, unbroken will if you need sustain through CC, etc) I think the greedy items you could take for more dmg or offense would be Oblivion Crown or Oathkeeper.

Megacosm might be better than oathkeeper too but haven't tested enough

I haven't played many times yet naturally since everyone is picking her so could be some room for improvement. Let me know how it goes if you try it, or if you have any suggestions for improvement!

For Jungle I think buying a casual Polar treads after Prophecy really helps with mana since you use spells for your clear too. Offlane doesn't need as much.

I'll note if you want to throw caution to the wind and go max greed you could go 4. Oathkeeper 5. Oblivion Crown but World Breaker is almost mandatory because we won't have a cleanse so I wouldn't advise that

Yeah mana trouble for sure, just steal blue buff during mid game most junglers wont mind

Should still work, these items weren't drastically changed. I haven't tried the new Timewarp so maybe it isnt as good since the timing on it got changed a little

for skill i liked more Q RMT E for more mobility add good fights against grux
