Crest & Starter | Iceskorn [or Brutallax]

15% damage increase for allies is massive. Slow & speed up are icing on the cake. Brutallax is a good option for CC heavy teams.

Core | Bonesaw -> Basilisk -> Salvation

Bonesaw, Basilisk & Salvation are phenomenal combo items for Grux's kit. Next, build defense based on opposing team & state of game.

Physical | Citadel [or Tainted Guard / Stonewall]

Citadel is the default. Power, Armor, Health & two powerful passives. Tainted for antiheal. Stonewall for teams with impactful physical abilities.

Magical: Unbroken Will [or Absolution/ Crystalline Cuirass]

Unbroken Will is the default. A staple defense item. Absolution for playmaking in drawn out fights. Crystalline Cuirass for Magic heavy teams.

Why Absolution over Legacy?

Both are good options for last item & combo great with Grux's kit. I prefer Absolution because it covers for lack of attack speed & mobility in the build. The critical chance is a small bonus. Legacy is better for CC heavy teams, but in those cases, it is better to pick Brutallax as your crest.

Solid build - felt strong but took a while to feel confident but that's any grux build
