Do we know what constitutes a hero being isolated? Sounds counter-intuitive considering adc is a duo lane.
If it's as simple as attacking one hero at a time, I could see how nightfall is a ridiculous item for adc's. I figured it had to do with enemy heroes being within a certain range of one another or something.

its worth it. isolated is considered being x distance away from an ally and that distance is not long.
