Yo guys ! Kallari main here and i would like to show you what i usually build when playing her.

PLAY STYLE : You are Kallari, an assassin so you must focus on low hp targets, squishy and mindgame your opponents.
Don't try to engage tanks early on since it will be hard to kill them due to cc. Try to mindgame enemy heroes so that they are afraid of you. After you get your ulti you can get more aggressive but be aware of team composition. Nex will allow you to get easy pickings and even shred annoying heroes such as crunch. Optimal combo to shred is : Invis + mark + dagger(s) + ulti + nex = HIGH AS F*** DPS.

The build will be :

CREST: ASSASSIN CREST : NEX.
Why nex?? Nex can give you plenty of burst dmg and if you combo it with your E + Ulti it can get you an extremely fast kill.

1 ST ITEM : MALADY.
Super good on kallari and if you manage to get the enemy low you will get extra power. Killing a minion will help you clean camps way faster.

2ND ITEM: VANQUISHER.
Good since max mana will give you extra dmg and will auto execute anyone under 5% hp.

3RD ITEM: DEMON EDGE
Lots of power and you will be always full hp when you start your combo. Buonus flas armor pen so it's really good.

4TH ITEM : TAINTED BLADE.
If the enemy is attempting to build lifesteal you can shatter their dreams and also deal good damage. Exceptionally good vs crunch, countess and any LS heroes.

5TH ITEM : DREAD
it will replenish 25 % hp if you kill an hero. Really good endgame to snag kills and disengage.

ITEMS ARE BASED ON MATCHUPS SO DO NOT BE AFRAID TO SWITCH VANQUISHER FOR MESMER IF THERE ARE MAGIC CASTERS OR RIKTORS.

THIS BUILD IS MADE FOR AN ENGAGE/DISENGAGE TYPE OF PLAY STYLE AND TO GUARANTEE KILLS ON PRIORITY TARGETS.

basilisk is good but i advise to build it ONLY IF there are tanky heroes and you have a good lead. A build like mine is overkill for most of the game ( since you will be bullying squishies or high priority targets )

I always build Basilisk if I build Sky Splitter since they feed each other's damage.

I don't do Crit on Kallari I just use Sky Splitter because it's a 5% current health as damage

i think that applies only on aa so that is why i ( personally ) don't build it since i won't be needing that due to malady being at high stacks

at end game e + 2 knives can take half life of a carry if you get stacked with malady

What I usually go for Kallari is Malady Sky Splitter Basilisk but I might go back to Mutilator for the Omnivamp.

Crit Kallari is best Kallari. Sky splitter, demolisher, imperator and then pretty much anything else you want. You’ll one shot any mid, support, or carry.
