I can't for the life of me figure out what the blue tube is for, it opens at the top and bottom, a bey fits in the bottom but it just sits there, I'm lost. And the black and blue launcher top right is also confusing. Launchers clip in but one part spins

yeah get some isopropyl alcohol to clean off the sharpie marks on all the parts

#

put all the pieces in a tub or like a tupperware bin or something and fill it with isopropyl alcohol until it covers them a little and let em soak overnight

#

using a spare/old toothbrush to really scrub it off can help as well

any dish cleaning tools and spiky bristle brushes are good to get in the crevices

but not steel wool
