I appreciate the effort for inclusivity! I do think it’s not the best way to support an artist, though. If someone’s going to record the whole show, what’s the point in going along? You’ll have a bunch of people not go because they can relive it from their own home.

Obviously you do with your ticket as you please, so long as it’s in the policy of the venue, but I don’t think going along and recording the whole thing for others to see is the best idea

My take is it's great to have clips of their favourite song or when a certain favourite song comes on everyone goes mental, people get the taste of "oh shit this looks amazing I'll go to the next one" as opposed to full recordings, it's like "eh we'll wait for the full upload"

Yeah there’s pros and cons to both sides. I tend to err on the side of being present in the moment and vibing out (not that you aren’t enjoying it if you’re recording it), but having lil clips is a nice way to memories
