shakshuka is a dish originating from the north of africa and levante region and is today considered as israeli national dish. Its basically a tomato sauce with some ingredients you usually eat for breakfast. I made my Shakshuka with green pepper, onions, chopped tomato sauce, garlic orientalic spices and eggs. Very easy, quickly done. You can also add stuff which is kosher or halal to have it traditional. Usually ive seen this dish served with cheese on top as well, but i forgot to buy it lol. The bread i made myself and you dip the bread into that sauce

My honest take is that the cornstarch actually shouldn't be there, because starches gelatinize and their crystallic structure breaks, however when they cool down, they realign into the crystallic structure, causing hardening
