everything looks perfectly normal there

if you get rid of whatever's limiting the framerate, or raise the limit, it will hit the cpu harder

ye i limited fps on 360, cuz im using 360hz monitor and i think theres no reason to get more than 360 since i use 360hz

but still problem, sometime fight, i getting lower than 200fps

but aside from that, I think if you check when the fps drops to 200, at least one cpu will be pinned or close to it

it depends somewhat on the nature of the fps drops, it could be related to anything

gpu, memory, disk

but majority of the time the cpu is too slow

since you paid extra for a special binned 14900k you should definitely have a good OC on it

I don't think any computer is going to avoid frame drops in tf2 completely

it's just the way tf2 is

sometimes you get half the fps you normally get

even the most tweaked pc might drop below 360 sometimes

but ryzen with the "3d cache" is decent in tf2 and most games
