#problem with sound mod while playing casual

hi, i replaced the black box sounds with stock sounds so that I can play jump maps using my nice black box without going insane from the sound it makes. idk why but the black box sounds get a lot more repetitive to me than stock does..

my mod works well but fsr when i play casual and i/someone else is using the black box, any sound that comes from the black box also has a very high pitched unpleasant glitchy sort of noise. i havent preloaded the mod or anything so it still plays normal black box sounds in casual which im fine with and want, but i would really like a way to get rid of the high pitch glitchy sound

what can i do?

you can get around those with sv_pure bypass sound scripts but Im not sure those work on the black box
