Despite using a "default" setting for a crosshair to apply to all weapons, TF2 still uses its own default crosshairs for the Rocket launcher and its variants as well as for the grenade launchers and stickybomb launchers.

hmm, it seems like the crosshairs are being generated correctly
could you check within ahud-cc to see if there are any tf_weapon_ files?
they would be in ahud-cc/scripts/
