Delete the VPK from your tf/custom folder
mastercomfig should be disabled then
when you launch the game, do you see the mastercomfig logo in your console?

you can put version_comfig in console to check if mastercomfig is still loaded
if it says unknown command, then mastercomfig's gone
normal animations

dont move
i fixed the icon thing
maybe its because of that one video
where i just wanted to fix my lag
and there was some stuff about ragdolls
maybe that caused it

i would get rid of mat_queue_mode 2 at the top if you are wanting to use those commands
the default of -1 for mat_queue_mode is ideal
but you could also use modules instead of the commands themselves: https://docs.comfig.app/latest/customization/modules/
what does matqueuemode do?
honestly i don't know the specifics, but it "determines the threading mode for the material system"

i'm a bit rusty with my knowledge so i don't quite remember what that means, but i believe -1 dynamically changes the mode appropriately, whereas forcing it to 2 all the time can cause issues within specific scenarios
it shouldn't do anything with animations afaik

but my fingers still aint work cus when i use a taunt called the pooped deck demoman's fingers dig into the bottle

i would get a screenshot of me doing that but tf2 just crashed

when i use the taunt "the scaredy cat"
demoman's finger moves a little
it's kinda hard to tell from the screenshot but it seems like it might be that way in that case
so im guessing my animations are back
