so apperently my old brother says that
dont use lowest graphics ur fps will spike on my high end pc

so i was wondering if its true when i use "Low" with this spec

I think you should just stay at a reasonably low setting for high end pcs and not go for the toaster settings.

mastercomfig is designed to give higher performance the lower you go, at the expense of worse graphics

#

its been benchmarked to show that this is the case
