But I recommend you toy with modules(.cfg) and find settings you deem fit for your comfort
And if you really want something on top, add cleantf2+

you could also manage which programs are running in the background (riot vanguard, discord, some antivirus....) (windows defender is enough for most of the users)

to clarify a bit, cleantf2+ won't improve your fps that much, the most impactful thing is nohats, which of course means that then you have no cosmetics, which a lot of people like
flat textures doesn't improve fps, and the rest of the options aside from nohats can be done via mastercomfig (no soundscapes addon, no footsteps addon, no pyrovision addon, gibs disabled via modules, shell ejections can be disabled on the app)
