yeah i wasn't seeing much, just occasional microstutters as you were wandering around the map which is fairly normal
that could be caused by background applications eating up a bit too many resources, so you could try to close out of as many background applications as possible

some game overlays (like the one from discord) could also cause microstutters like that so you could try to disable those
overall you could try just running through some of these and see if that'll help stop most of the lag you might experience: https://docs.comfig.app/latest/os/windows/
there could also be an accumulation of dust on your fans which could cause some microstutters, so cleaning out your pc could help
if you end up getting a lot of lag regardless you could also try lowering your tf2 settings a bit
and maybe messing with some of your nvidia settings
