I used my computer to use master comfig but, all this gray, and some images do not load and it does not let me select presets, I tried to see on my phone to see if it is a page error, but on my phone it works, what do I do ?

could you please try to do a hard refresh of the mastercomfig webpage by doing ctrl + the refresh button?
