I have no idea how this happened but heres my config if you need it

modules.cfg
lod=low
lighting_ex=low
effects=low
sprays=keep
props=medium
vsync=on

i believe lighting_ex=high fixes it?

i was just wondering though could you have a toggle where it goes back to low when you get into a match and arent in the backpack or loadout

I think you'd have to manually do it

mat_phong 0 causes skins to look like this in the backpack

One solution is to launch with mat_phong 1, and when you enter a game it gets set to mat_phong 0 via the class configs
