Blurry game, even at native resolution

I would love to see if I can solve this without having to reset. But if you wanna try that first, here is a step by step:

you already did the cleanup steps in order and it did not fix the problem? In that case could you screenshot your game for me to see?

Surprisingly yeah the issue is still persisting

after a complete reset of the config

text still looks super fuzzy and low quality and the video settings should be at their maximum and the resolution set to the native

so idk whats goin on here

it it my amd software is something ticked off wrong in the in game settings

is it my hud?

just checked and no its not a hud issue

i friggin found out the issue it was morphological anti aliasing in my amd software
