Guys i have this rlly annoying problem where tf2 has frame drops every 3 second, even when im at like 150 wich is high for me. I have tried masterconfig, and that didnt work, but i dont think its about graphics cuz my laptop can run other games with higher graphics just fine and with good fps. Its not my pc or internet, those are all alright. Does anyone know how to fix dis?

You'll need to be more descriptive, or do a recording of these drops with an fps counter on screen.
Because TF2 doesn't use the GPU very much, the framerate will change a lot depending on what's happening in the game and what's on screen.
