could you copy the one in app and paste it into the overrides folder

and then from there, rename the one in the overrides folder from autoexec - Copy to autoexec

not sure if it's major difference but the one in app is called autoexec.cfg

looks good, from there could you right click on that autoexec.cfg file -> open with -> notepad or whatever other text editor you want to use

or you could open up notepad and then drag that file into the notepad window

both ways work

once you do that, please clear out whatever is in that file and paste in this command: tf_time_loading_item_panels .0005 and then save
