So if you're having issues, either your internet connection is bad and your settings need tweaking, or you're just bad

i was also using the worst network settings for me

and increased my rate to 100000

i recommend u read it since its really helpful

a difference of 10000 rate

If you're missing a lot of shots that you think should have been hits, I highly suggest recording a demo and watching it back. A lot could be learned from watching it. I realized I was often overshooting and dialed my sensitivity back just a smidge and it made the worlds difference.

(Shadow Play, or really anything to record your gameplay would work as well.)
