#Items not loading

Since 2 or 3 days ago items stopped loading like shown in the screenshots, I've removed everthing from the custom, added one by one and once i added master comfig stuff it stopped loading again. Could'be something else having bad compatibility, not saying its "your" fault tho just looking for help.

launch options not sure if they are optimal
"-novid -nojoy -nosteamcontroller -nohltv -particles 1 -precachefontchars -noquicktime -console -noipx -noforcemaccel -noforcemparms -noforcemspd"

turns out It did not work, before opening TF2 I need to verify integrity of the files

it will always download something like 800mb or update the steamworks common redistributables

update: this time verifying integrity didnt fix but still donwloaded something
