there's some specific piece interactions which make the actual chess part ridiculously biased

like Queen prolly wins almost every fps encounter

so you can't capture her with much

#

so ramboing in high material pieces can work pretty well

#

knights felt like they fucking sucked tbh

#

bishop too

#

with the shotgun there were some pretty apparent nasty pairings
