lol bros mad couse his entire essay was put down by a 14 year old that seems to know more about logic then him
no i am not mad i am just tired and i kinda don't care
obviously not if you were energetic enough to write two paragrapsh about how you disapprove of my dumb little comment
i feel like marketing do that on purpose showing the white dude sleeping comfortable while the black guy is sad, idk looks on purpose
queen
Two rooks because two rooks are worth 10 points and a queen is worth nine points.
The chessboard transforms into a battlefield, and the two rooks become legendary warriors, bound by an unbreakable bond of trust and coordination. They move in perfect harmony, their combined might and tactical prowess unmatched.
As the battle intensifies, the rooks unleash a symphony of calculated maneuvers. They infiltrate enemy lines, cutting through defenses like a pair of swift blades. Their collaborative efforts create a dynamic synergy that overwhelms opponents, leaving them disoriented and struggling to find a countermeasure.
The power of two rooks lies in their ability to control the board from multiple angles. They command the ranks and files, converging on strategic squares with unstoppable force. With their combined influence, they forge an impenetrable wall, shielding their own king while relentlessly pressuring the opponent's position.
In the heat of the endgame, the rooks' coordination becomes a spectacle of tactical brilliance. They execute double attacks, launching a barrage of threats that force the opponent into an inescapable dilemma. With each move, they tighten the grip around the enemy king, leaving no room for escape.
Ultimately, the choice of two rooks symbolizes the beauty of collaboration and the strength that arises from unity. It exemplifies the power of teamwork and strategic synchronization, creating a harmonious symphony of chess mastery.

Only reason I say to use a queen is because I know that checkmate by heart and I may have ladder checkmate. True. But I just know queens by heart(doesn't mean I don't know the easiest checkmate ever ladder)
Both good
SEX
no
2 rooks is easier to checkmate with
2 rooks because you will not stalemate and it’s higher then a queen by 1 point it can also multiply task
Normally Queen since it's more versatile. In endgames, definitely 2 rooks since checkmating is way easier. Against each other, I feel like the queen would win.
Eh... You can't mate when there is the queen still on the board it's Impossible
SEXX
I would say it depends on the position, for example how rooks are placed, are the connected? Is there any fortress? Are there extra pawns in the game? If yes I would prefer the rooks. It is also important to think of who has the initiative. It really depends on the position since in some cases 2 rooks can give a checkmate much easier to the opponent and in some others one or both of them could be hanging in tactical lines
This
Is
Perfect
I'm going to think about this for the middlegame and endgame. Middlegame: for the queen, are there attacking chances? Does it coordinate well with the other pieces? If so, then probably queen over the rooks. But what if the rooks have an open file? What if the rooks can help a passer promote? Then the rooks all day. In the endgame, 90% rooks are better, especially in just Queen vs. Two Rooks with pawns, however if you add material to both sides, eg. a knight, then the queen has a piece to coordinate with and attack the king or go after pawns more easily, and she puts up more of a fight. In a blitz time scramble, yes hanging forks is a problem, but outside of that hanging forks is a non-issue.
Thank you!
two rooks are just worth more
some people prefer 2 rools some 1 queen
(pls dont tell anyone but idk how to mate with a queen and king)
You need to get opposition
if your opponent wasn't dogs**t he would win
💀
did he at least take your rook?
he resigned
understandable
what elo are you?
800
And no, I’m not a new player who just signed up
Took me 2 months to get to 800
dw i am 600 in rapid
nice
and around 1000 in bullet
there's no such thing as 2.Qh5 with rooks. You need 2 pawns to promote to 2 rooks, one pawn equals a queen, making it more affordable.
What ofc when promoting you promote to queen
But you start with 2 working rooks and 1 queen
How did he manage to practically trap his own queen in an endgame
Shouldve put king on g7 to reduce chances of forms
Forks
Bro gets gpt to write a poem and calls it creative
2 rooks considering my skills i would probably stalemate with 1 queen
atleast u r smart enough to understanda that 😂
I prefer Queen as long as I don't hang or tade a queen with rook 😂
I prefer rooks because If you can be safe from forks and checks you can easily win if you don't play a bad move . Well it is also about the position like in some cases 2 rooks are better in some 1 queen is better. In conclusion generally at the lower level queen is better but as you climb up the rating ladder two rooks are generally better
Yes you do you know how to mate with a queen and king it’s one of basic mates
It’s mate.
I would decide to have a queen. Only becuase you can take one rook, and then the other would be useless.
Two rooks are probably my preference because they are immortal on the same line, make sure they're on the same line if possible, also tactics are a possibility. For like a 1000-1200 elo using a queen against two rooks is really difficult.
I would prefer two rooks to a queen in an endgame because the rooks are much easier to checkmate with than just a queen and king...and also two rooks are worth more than queen
2 rooks all day
Ain't no way
a better way to say on the same line could be to just say connected
or doubled
two rooks bc then i can checkmate easier
i just want 100 pawns so i can promote to 100 knight
2 rooks because it’s better in my eyes 👀
subtle way of saying cause i said so 😂
🤨
queen can move diagonal while rook can move vertical and horizontal
but 2 rooks can defend each other
depends on situation
A queen because if the 2 rooks seperate, then the queen can fork the 2 rooks
ladder mate 2 rooks
Doesn't work if there is queen on the board
Stop with this stupid argument it doesn't work
Prob rooks coz they can work together to mate
Ain't no way
when I have two rooks I get forked against a queen, but when I have a queen I fork the rook and king
2 rooks are worth 10 points and a queen 9 and the reason is that the coordination is a lot better when it comes to the rooks whereas in the case of queen that is really the only piece so there is no coordination involved there and hence I have come to the opinion that 2 rooks are better than a queen
also u can pin the queen super easily in open positions
and even in closed u can just double up
and create some luft
my honest opinion: queen is better in an endgame
my honest opinion: queen is better in an endgame
