It's 2 years old account, and his stats is frankly average, if not bad, 600-ish rating at rapid with around 55-60% loss rate.

Frankly, the last 2 seemed more likely reason, because with his stats it's hard to believe he cheat on the game.

So guys, here's what just happened to me. I was just playing on the arena like everyone else. I had a win streak of 9 and was on 3rd place or something like that. Then I started getting a lot of people of my level and above (there wasn't so many people of that rating on the arena). It was weird, but I thought that it was just bad luck. But... When the arena was over, I went to discord, typed "ggs", etc. And then I went back to chess.com. And what I saw was the last game that didn't abort and I had 15 seconds on the clock... My first thought was that it was some sort of update and now arena games don't abort. But then I went back to arena results and saw that it was 9/10 with win streak 9 for me. Then I went to my profile and noticed that I played 5 DAMN GAMES OUTSIDE OF THE ARENA... I have no idea how did that happen. I finished 8th with score 33. But it could've been a lot better...

So it seem they caught cheater(s) and why it took significantly longer time to confirm the result.

There's only 52 participant last week. It's pretty sad, someone cheat on small tourney which don't even have prize money.
