Qxe5 threatens Qd4 mate if Qc5 then Qe1 if h3 then Qd4+ Kh2 g1=Q+(double check). So after Qxe5 it has to be Nc4 or Nb5. Qxe5 Nb5 Ra1 is gg. so it has to be Qxe5 Nc4 Qd4+ if Qf6 Qa1 and mate, if Nf6 instead of Qf6 then Ra1 and you win. its not mate but you win a queen, no idea how en passant comes into this though

maybe f5 first? and then exf6 to satisfy having en passant, white almost seems in zugzwang after f5. f5 a6 (or any random move) then Qxe5 seems to win. also black threatens Qa7 mate and so f5 Qc5 Ra1 Kg2 Ra2 and then Qh7 might win but seems sketchy

f5 Qc5 (i think its better than Qe3, visually) Ra1+ Kxg2 Ra2+ Kf1 Qh7 (or Qh6 idk) Qc4 (to go after e6) Qh3+ if Kg1 then Qxh2+ Kf1 Qf2# and if Ke1 Ra1+ if Kf2 then Qxh2+ looks winning if Ke2 then Qg2+ and a combo of Re1+/Rd1+/Qf1+ has to be winning and same thing with Kd2
