One of the quickest ways to lower your hc as a beginner is not going for glory shots, simply laying up even on par 4s will help a lot towards bringing your hc down. Even playing holes safer for example taking a 3wood off the tee on par 4s-5s

Sure, so there’s different club lengths etc so if a normal height oerson decides to play with a tall dudes clubs he’ll probably have a +1-2 inch length the lie angle of the head will be different

And if there swing is consistent you will see a reoccurring shot shape

fluke, im really a 2300 player, but assuming you mean my current level and not 2400+ specifically, well, I studied a lot and played a lot, the specifics will differ from person to person. But for example, when i was going from 1100 to 2300, I would spend on average 6 hours a day on chess, no off days, this went on for over a year

which is a bit less than 6 hours on school days and much more on non school days

Then I analyze the game, but the important part is that when you analyze you have to ask why you made the mistakes you did, and how you can play better moves in the future. It was probably around like 4 hours studying in some way and 2 hours of play / analysis
