Just enter tournaments where you play 1hour games. This will increase not only elo but it will help you to actually get an understanding about positional chess as well as to play slower games. If you only play on chesscom you only train fast playing and tactical vision but not real plan building and deep calculating. Itā€™s impossible for a 10min game
