Hi everyone! I'm a regular tournament player looking to learn new openings to play full time. E4 as white feels stale for me after losing to many masters with it this weekend in a 5 game tournament. (I played up and I am only 1400, I also beat one of the masters, but lost my other 4 games). I also am not very strong with black, and I'm just feeling like I lost all of my chess skill after slowing down chess for months to fuel my crypto trading addiciton. What do I need to do to get good at chess again? I played over 70 chess.com blitz games today in addition to studying famous games on a physical chessboard for 2 hours, and I also played 2 tournament games. I am not getting any better and need to lock in on chess. I feel kinda loss so I hope someone can provide me the help and motivation I need to become a master.
