By the way, you may not like it, but air-frying the steak is healthier than the common way of cooking steaks. Air-frying reduces the fat content, and you don't need to butter the steak.

what i did was have it rest for 45 minutes in room temp with salt and pepper already on it, then 2-2 minutes in the frying pan on medium-high heat, then 5 minutes in the oven at ~230 Celsius. then on a plate i covered it with foil for about 8 minutes (5-10)
