I can't figure out what to do after the bishop b4 move. I've watched lots of videos about the london opening and nobody talks about it. Should I prevent this move or how to counter it because normally I make queen b3 to attack the b7 pawn.

I also have a second question about what to do when you play the scicilian and white makes d4 then c3 with their pawns, should I still take as they will control the center, similarly I haven't seen any explanation on videos for this move, so I guess it's a bad move, how to counter it?
