My sadness when I was younger had nothing to do with mindset tbh. It improved when my physical health improved.

I had poor digestion, poor sleep (I'm a night owl. I work evenings now) and had uncontrollable stress and anxiety.

It really did improve as I cooked more regularly and exercised more. And tried to find a good routine
