Two tips:
A) Make sure you have focus. You're chatting to us while you're playing a game. That's not how you improve.
Silence your phone, place it out of reach. Turn off all notifications. Close all other tabs, including discord. Then, play a game with full focus.
This will not only improve your results, but it's also necessary for improvement.

B) Improve your time management.
You're playing moves in 1-2 seconds in rapid games. Of course those will be bad!
Take the time and calculate multiple options. You should never lose with more than half of your time. Right now, you lose with 9 out of 10 minutes on your clock.
