And that's why you're only 1200. The winning move is Bxf6 and if black takes the bishop on f6, you take the free bishop on g4. If black takes your queen, you just take their queen. Either way, you end up winning a piece
85% of players on the lichess database didn't play Bxf6. Even when set to 2000+, people still instinctively play f3 instead of stopping to think

If you want to play king's indian, you should first learn the ideas, which YouTube can teach you. You can look at some master's games for some ideas and try implement them into your own games. You're not gonna get it right the first time but you'll never get it right if you don't learn the ideas and practise it
