To be fair, you'd realise if you were wrong the second you start pouring and see the thickness, so the damage would probably be minimal

All it takes is a little bit of (PURE) grease to get into those sinks and it back up the entire plumbing system

A little, mostly diluted grease (like if it had been dumped and a little was still in and was filled with water) won't do much but a decent splash of straight grease would mess it all up
