and essentially 100% of it is obvious stuff (browser switching, time usage, etc.) and ultra high end (matching top engines, cams for big tourneys)
they say nothing about low end anywhere that i can find.

The strategy of the colle is different then the london in that you keep the bishop behind the pawn structure, and play for e4 quickly with Bd3 and Nbd2. If black avoids e4 and instead plays into a carlsbad or something, then those are positions where usually white attacks on the kingside while black attacks on the queenside, but these are much different structures than in the London. Which usually features symmetrical pawn structure (And not imbalanced like e4 breaks, or carlsbad, etc).
