To anyone who might know how to fix this, I have been struggling to get into my main account for a while now and seem to be completely locked out. So, the account is connected to my school email, and they blocked chess.com from being played on. This effectively made it near impossible to log in when this happens, but every once in a while when I try to get in with bad reception I get logged off. In times past, I have managed to find a work around to get back in, but now I am stuck. If anyone has a solution, I would be extremely appreciative. I would consider making a new account I would, but the account has a gold membership on it and I don’t want to waste that.
