The best black actually has is taking the knight instead, but the problem is that the f5 square is too important for black. After Bd3 Bxf3 to keep the diagonal protected, from any rook, Bf5 Bc6 you got Rc8, now defended by the bishop no matter what black does you have c4 c5 and the bishop falls due to the weak king while the the pawn is marching with two rooks against a queen
