hey man if you have many reasons thats okay, you gotta focus on one thing at a time!
if using your time and doing puzzles are weak points, you can just focus on doing puzzles when you dont feel like playing rated
and then when youre in rated have your brain filled with nothing but "chill bro use your time" (and play slower tc ofc 🤣 )
