I have a problem with my chess account i had a rating of: 550 blitz 700 rapid and 900 bullet i came back to chess after a really long time and every game i played in rapid i just straith up won. I am able to win against bots such as hikaru or a 2700 engine. Rapid games took me really long and in the span of around 2 days i only got 100 elo more winning every single game so i decided to make a new account i left this one and got to grinding on a second account. I quickly got rated 1700 on it and i was going easy against everyone (around 94% winrate on maybe 30 games) and 3 days later i got 1940 i was happy i will get 2k elo bc it was my dream since i started playing chess.com but it was pretty late so i decided to get off my computer. Today i woke up and around an hour ago i get on chess.com to get to 2k elo. They told me to log in again so i obviously did so, then a verification showed up and it took like 15 minutes. I got annoyed and i went to eat breakfast, when i came back to my computer i saw that the verification finished and that my account is closed and disabled. I contacted with the support and that ai bot only showed me what how to recover an account like that, that it shows the recovery option or smth like that bla bla bla. I had none of these options and i cant recover my account, does this mean i got banned for "fair play" even tho i dont use any chess engines? Its pretty unfair if so bc i play fair and im just low rated and i get it that having around 91+ accuracy at below 2k elo is weird but i just dont play matchmaking that much and im just a great player overall and there would be no reason for me to cheat at all
