They do but it really is about how you present yourself. Right now chess.com presents itself as an user-friendly site that you will be banned from if you cheat. If they did certain things like the ones you suggested, the the eyes of a person who first joins it will look like a non user-friendly site because for some reason they cant switch tabs or do other stuff

Fair play is cooked , it's over doing it. My friend got closed for fair play. He's like 400 elo and was playing at 30-60% accuracy. Now when I was at 400 I was consistently dropping 80 and I still wasn't closed

At U2000 tactics are very important don't underestimate them. Chess is based on tactics even positional chess is based on tactics. Drill puzzles and play for a win. Don't play for a draw it's bad for your Team's mentality.

2000 is just like any other level, once you hit it you revert back to a 50 % win rate meaning that once you get close to 2100 you will encounter a lot of difficulty from struggling 2200's and prime 2100's so it's a matter of you deciding on whether or not you want to go to 2100 or if you are fine with 2000, if you want 2100 be prepared to dip below 2000 again back to 1900

Yeah it's like that, once you have the technique down for 2100, you will have like 70% win rate until you reach the high 2100's and the same story repeats, that's why chess is so difficult and why most players never reach the high levels. For me to hit 2600 on lichess I had to dip all the way back to 2300 but my willingness to reach 2600 is what carried me through, obviously you still have to learn concepts and refine your openings, middle etc, but your willingness to reach the next level is your main weapon.

The thing that a lot of people don't consider is that below 1000 elo is just full of cheaters due to the lack of effort people want to put in to actually get good at games. We are getting to the point in history where people are growing up being able to find shortcuts around doing the hard things, and I just find it to be so frustrating as people who do try, have to deal with that.
