I just used to do - puzzles rush (once a day because of no membership.)
I remember waiting for the entire week just for the next lesson in chess.com - they were great and can help you improve your chess games.
I used to analyse my games I lost. (I still do) So I can learn more from that. Once in a while - I used to send my games here #1039982616159465595 or #💬〡improvement-talk to get more details about my games I lost. And I was really getting very great feedback. I would write their Points somewhere (my private server now I deleted). This would really help me fix my mistakes. Not completely but I was improving.
I used to help a lot of people here. Because there are lot of people who actually want to improve their chess. And if I know something that can help someone improve why not just share it for good? Helping really make me feel good. But now I believe giving advice can actually also help us
I was also watching YouTube videos for improvement.
Sometimes I got some coaching from others (thanks!)
And more.

By the way this was only possible because I didn't used to go out much because of social anxiety , and .. something more that I cannot share 😅 .
