Re1 and he doesn't have any moves, if he takes you win a free rook, if not then you can't move the king because you lose the d1 rook and can't move the queen off the b file because the a5 rook would hang, and a random pawn move would be followed by Qe3+ picking up the free rook

heres what during my sessions:
so during the coaching, since you are 350,, I would start by assessing your strenghts and weaknesses, since most people around your range I feel are defenietely close to the beginner stage and somewhat know how to checkmate and most of the basics, its just working on checkmates, patterns, and tactics and consistency
like for example we would start off by doing a lesson where I give you certain positions and you tell me what is your thought process and i would go from there, addressing your weaknessess like if openings are something that you are struggling with, I would show you some openings I would recomemend for you(based on your playing style) and when i deem necessary i would test you on these through playing practice games with you
if you want I am also able to give you small homeworks like a summary of the lesson that we had today and then some positions for you to work on whether it be tactics in the mdidelgame, common endgames, etc.
